we do not have minimums (or have minimum orders). You can buy more than 1 (one) item from http://www.vinoembassy.com
5. Do you do wholesale?
Yes, we do both wholesale and retail. You can contact us by email or phone for wholesale/reseller information.
6. Do you have paper catalog?
We don't have paper catalog. We update our products on our website regularly.
7. How is your sizing?
The products are in international standards. Pay attention on the product detail before you buy to ensure the item selection to fit you the best.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa and Mastercards and TT transfer.
9. What about returns and exchanges?
Return Policy is only applicable to spoiled products and be returned on the same day as purchase date.
10. What are your Delivery Charge?
Delivery Charge will be automatically counted during checkout process based on your delivery address location.
- Regular Delivery Service 1 x 24 jam (Jakarta Selatan: Rp.20,000, other parts of Jakarta: Rp.50,000)
- Express Delivery Service 1 x 6 jam (Jakarta Selatan: Rp.50,000, other parts of Jakarta: Rp.100,000)
11. When will I receive my order?
We will arrange delivery immediately after we received your payment. Orders placed before 1 p.m.(WIB), will be shipped in the same day. Order placed after 1 pm (WIB) will be shipped in the next working day. Unless you choose Express Delivery Service which delivers 1 x 6 hours
